Ingredienti:

Per il caramello:

  • 200 gr di zucchero
  • 2 cucchiai d'acqua

Per la crema:

  • 1 litro di latte
  • 1 stecca di vaniglia
  • 300 gr zucchero
  • 4 uova intere + 4 tuorli
